Please keep me in prayer. I’m in a season where I’m holding a lot—gratitude, desire, and faith all at once. I know I’ve accomplished things many in my family didn’t have the chance to: I’m one of the first to earn an advanced degree, to travel the world, and to live on my own with only myself and my pet to care for. I don’t take any of that lightly. But even with all that independence, I still deeply desire partnership.

I believe in the power of being equally yoked. I want someone whose spirit aligns with mine, who wants to walk through life together in love, in purpose, and in growth. As a Black woman, I know how layered and complex this journey can be. It’s not easy to carry the weight of strength and softness, legacy and longing. But I’m praying for a true, healthy partnership—one built on mutual care, respect, joy, and spiritual connection.

Please pray that I continue to trust in God’s timing without losing faith. That I keep showing up fully for myself while holding space for someone to join me. And that my heart remains open, expectant, and grounded in the love I know I deserve.
