1. Log in to the website. You will be automatically redirected to the Admin Page.
  2. Click on the Blog Posts tab.
  3. Enter the blog title in the “Title” box.
  4. Add your blog content in the “Your Content” box.
  5. Add an image to be displayed with your blog.
    • Click the “Select Files” button under “Upload Your Image”.  A browser box will open on your screen.
    • Navigate to and select the image you wish to upload (bitmap, gif, jpeg and/or png files only). Click Open.
  6. Click the “Create Post” button.
  7. Your blog post will be submitted for review.  Upon approval, the post will appear on the site in the “Blogging 4 Jesus” section.

To add an event:

  1. Log in to the website. You will be automatically redirected to the Admin Page.
  2. Click on the Calendar Events Tab.
  3. Click the “Submit” button under Submit Event.
  4. Enter the name of the event in the box under “Event Title”.
  5. Enter a brief description of the event in the box underneath “Event Description”.
  6. Enter the starting and ending date and time for the event.
  7. If the event is an all-day event click the checkbox next to “All Day Event”.
  8. To create multiple events (e. g. a weekly bible study) click the “Schedule multiple events” button.
  9. To add an image for the event Click the “Choose Image” button.  A browser box will open on your screen.
  10. Navigate to and selected the image you wish to upload (gif, png and/or jpg files only).  Click Open.
  11. EVENTS STATUS, EVENTS WEBSITE – Do not change these areas.
  12. EVENTS COST – Only change this area if there is a charge for the event.
  13. Click the “Submit Event” button.

To edit an existing event:

  1. Log in to the website. You will be automatically redirected to the Admin Page.
  2. Click on the Calendar Events Tab.
  3. Click the “View/Edit” button under View/Edit Events.
  4. To delete the event from the calendar click “Delete” underneath the event.
  5. To edit an event click “Edit” underneath the event.

To approve a prayer request:

  1. Log in to the website. You will be automatically redirected to the Admin Page.
  2. Click on the Prayer Requests Tab.
  3. Click on the name of the prayer to be approved. You will be taken to an Edit Prayer Request page.
  4. Make all necessary edits to the name and content of the prayer request.
  5. Select “Share Online” in the box next to “How to Share”.
  6. Click the “Save Changes” button.

To remove a prayer request:

  1. Log in to the website. You will be automatically redirected to the Admin Page.
  2. Click on the Prayer Requests tab.
  3. Click “Delete” on the line containing the prayer to be deleted.
  4. Click OK in the popup window.

To add a prayer request:

  1. Log in to the website. You will be automatically redirected to the Admin Page.
  2. Click on the Prayer Requests tab. You will be taken to an Add a New Prayer Request Page.
  3. Fill out the form to add the new prayer request.
    • NOTE: On the “How to Share” option, if Post Online or Post Online Anonymously are selected, the prayer request will be automatically approved and submitted to the prayer wall when “Add New Request” is clicked.  If DO NOT Post Online is selected, the prayer will be sent to the Manage Prayer Requests Wall where it can be moderated like other submitted prayers.
  4. Click “Add New Request”.
  1. Log in to the website. You will be automatically redirected to the Admin Page.
  2. Click on the Livestream tab.
  3. Enter the Message/Sermon/Lesson title in the “Title” box.
  4. Select the Speaker.
    1. Click on the dropdown list to select the speaker.
      1. If the speaker is not in the list, click “New Speaker”. New boxes will appear for the speaker.
      2. Add the first and last name for the speaker.
  5. Click in the “Date” box to select the message date.
  6. Add a brief description of the message in the “Description” box.
  7. Copy the embed code from your livestream site (Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, etc) and paste inro the “Embed Code” box.
  8. Click the “Submit Code” button.

Your Livestream will immediately appear on the media page.  After the livestream has been completed and made available by your livestream site, your video will be immediately available in the Media Archive.
